Response Handling, Receipt of Completed Applications | 22nd October 2003

Recruiters must:-

  • maintain a record of all requests for applications for monitoring and auditing purposes to ensure the principles of open and fair competition and selection on merit are being adhered to;
  • acknowledge receipt of applications in compliance with the requirements of Standard 29 regarding KPI and KPT data quality;
  • detach monitoring form from application and keep confidentially for monitoring purposes.
